Christmas!!

This year we were able to spend Christmas with my mom's family in Michigan.
We thank God that two of my brothers and their wives made it to Michigan safely while traveling through a bad snow storm; arriving at my Uncle Jack's house at 1:45 in the morning. Also we thank God that the rest of us had beautiful weather for traveling.
When we arrived at our grandparents, we were met with 36 inches of snow!! Of course it was perfect for building snow forts. And we had a beautiful white Christmas.
We had a wonderful time with uncles, aunts, grand parents and cousins we hadn't seen in a while.

But the Monday before Christmas and before we went to Michigan we had our own family Christmas party here at our house.

And now in two more days we'll be leaving for Texas!!

My Birthday Party!

Yesterday Josiah, Sierra and Lenna came over for my 15th birthday party. We had a very good time building a straw for and then playing in it. Plus walking across the field in the dark and getting freaked out! It was pretty funny. :D Thank you guys for coming over and making everything so much fun!! :)

Now, Happy Birthday, again

Yesterday, the 22nd, was Kevin's 27th birthday. He's now married to his beautiful wife Elaine and has two kids, Amanda and Darren.
Coming up, the 27th is my mom's birthday. Thanks to my mom, I'm in the world. :) She's always working to keep the house going and home schooling us kids. I pray that I'll be able to run a home as she does some day. Though I don't know how she does it.
Thank You Mom. I love you. :D

Also, Happy Birthday to Mr. and Mrs. Candler, Sierra and Rachel, who have had or are going to have their birthdays this month. :D

Happy Birthday Alan!!

Today's Alan's 23rd birthday. He's always been a very fun, gentle brother who always played with us kids. Even the days he wasn't always felling great. Now he's married to a beautiful Godly woman and Lord willing will have his own kids to play with some day.
